FWJK's seventh Ridgeside office building uses a 'co-development at cost' model to let smaller property investors co-invest in prime uMhlanga office space.

Investing together in prime office space

Ridge 7 is a 7,700m² sectional-title, A-grade office development in the Ridgeside precinct of uMhlanga, within walking distance of Gateway Shopping Centre. It is the seventh office building FWJK Developments has built in Ridgeside using its co-development-at-cost methodology, a model that lets smaller property investors co-invest in prime development suited to their own appetite for risk and return.

The site sits on Vuna Close circle within what developer Tongaat Hulett has termed a 'dynamic urbanism' precinct of luxury residential units, contemporary offices, hotels and destination retail, bordered by a coastal forest ribbon and natural valley preserved as green space for surrounding communities.

Spoormaker's role
